This modern open plan house incorporates a number of different building materials used to give an effective trendy look.
Extensive use of colour-steel, block and polished concrete give a solid sturdy feel to the house.
To complement this, copper has been used to conduct an over-size front door and timber has been included in the water feature garaging.

Built from timber framing and stone, this unique home has every mod-con you could wish for.
With its steep pitched slate roof and intricate joinery nothing has been overlooked.

This very large high quality home has been constructed out of massive timber beams, schist stone, energy efficient windows and Italian slate roof.
Custom building techniques were used in the construction of this house which boasts a central lift system through three floors, 1100 square meters of floor area and huge canter-lever entry way.

With its panoramic views over bream bay, this architecturally designed house has trendy, modern looking lines. This opens up the whole front with large windows to absorb the view.
Once again this is a very sturdy house using heavy gauge structural steel, uni-span floors, and thickened glass for sound and warmth insulation.

With Cedar weather boards, kwilla decking and intricate stone work, this main house with matching boathouse is another high-spec architecturally designed house.
Aluminium bi-fold doors and skylights provide plenty of natural light and allow a great indoor / outdoor feel no matter what the season. .

Making the most from a very steep section, this cedar clad house follows the contour of the land right down to the beach.

This very unusual eco-home is literally a living house. Huge 500mm x 500mm internal beams support a roof structure full of soil and growing native plants.
The house is constructed primarily of large dense timbers and comes complete with solar panels and a central heating system.
The hand crafted internal joinery and linings are also hard timbers leading to a panoramic view over the beautiful Bay of Islands.

Langs Cove
Overlooking Langs cove, this is another architecturally designed home built with extensive use of polystyrene and steel.
With a large entry way, and custom front door, this house has no shortage of room for the family and boat.
